My name is Tralee. I am the owner of Empowered Women’s Strength Fitness. Over the past eight years, I have helped hundreds of women achieve their fitness goals. I take pride and love helping women stay active and focused. I’ve found that regardless of your journey or fitness level, everyone has a starting point and an end point when it comes to improving your health. Did I do this workout faster than last time? Did I lift a few more pounds while squatting? It takes the focus away from meeting impossible standards and instead becomes the best version of you.
